Welcome to Cloud Identifier, an AI-powered cloud recognition application ("App") developed by Asil Arslan ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our App and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cloud Identifier, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Premium Subscription

Cloud Identifier offers premium features through subscription plans:

• 3-Day Trial (Weekly with Trial): $4.99
• Annual Plan: $24.99

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.3 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Cloud Identifier only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App for professional weather forecasting without proper qualifications

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Cloud Identifier and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Asil Arslan and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, Cloud Identifier's AI identification results are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of cloud type identification
• Completeness of weather pattern predictions
• Suitability for professional meteorological purposes
• Accuracy of weather forecasting based on cloud analysis

Users should always consult professional meteorologists and official weather services for critical weather decisions.

7. Weather Information Disclaimer

Cloud Identifier provides educational information about cloud types and general weather patterns. This information should not be used as a substitute for:

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Asil Arslan from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your use of Cloud Identifier.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Cloud Identifier at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Developer is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Cloud Identifier from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Asil Arslan only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
